“I have never really been overweight or had to really worry much about my weight. However, as a college student I noticed over the last few years that I wasn’t able to shed those few annoying extra pounds that I had gained after high school. It was frustrating.
After seeing my mom and my grandma’s success with fasting, I decided to just give it a try. So, I started by simply cutting out breakfast and not snacking after dinner. Following a pretty consistent 16:8 IF schedule wasn’t really that hard to do.
