Berry Cinnamon Smoothie
Ingredients
For this fat-burning smoothie recipe, you only need a few simple ingredients including:
- 1 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk (Macadamia Nut Milk is good too)
- 1/2 Cup Full Fat Greek Yogurt (I love the Two Good Brand)
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder (or you can use Cacao Powder- it’s a little healthier – favorite brand is Better Body Foods Cacao Powder)
- 1 Cup Frozen Berries of Choice (I love to use Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, and Blackberries)
- Cinnamon (A couple shakes)
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (Organic, Unrefined – Kirkland is a really good brand)
- 4-5 Ice Cubes
Directions
Simply put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. ENJOY!
RECIPE TIP: If you’re looking to add a little more protein, simply add in a scoop of quality protein powder. I’ve used both the Vanilla and Salted Caramel Quest protein powders with this recipe and it was delicious.
