You will need a few simple ingredients for this easy recipe including:
- 1 Container of Greek Yogurt (I love using the Two Good Brand)
- Large Handful of Berries (Your Choice)
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I prefer to use QUEST)
Directions
These pops are seriously so easy to make: Greek Yogurt, Berries and Protein Powder – that’s it!
MIX together one container of Greek Yogurt with a large handful of berries, and a scoop of protein powder. BLEND ingredients together in a blender or food processor. POUR into popsicle molds. FREEZE and ENJOY!
