These 10 Minute Veggies make for the perfect Intermittent Fasting Side Dish Recipe. They are so easy, healthy, and DELICIOUS!
Once I started following an OMAD (One Meal a Day) Fasting schedule I started making this recipe a few times a week. It’s so healthy and filling. AND…it seriously can be made in about 10 minutes. YUM!
10 Minute Veggies
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Cauliflower Bits
- Red Onion (Sliced)
- Red Pepper (Diced)
- Yellow Squash (Cut into Coin Shapes)
- Sliced or Crushed Almonds
- Feta Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
FIRST, add a little olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat.
NEXT, add cauliflower bits and onion to the skillet. Then add a little salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes.
THEN, add in diced red pepper, yellow squash, and almonds. Cook for 5 more minutes.
FINALLY, sprinkle veggies with Feta Cheese, serve and thoroughly ENJOY!
