You are going to LOVE love this YOGURT BERRY BARK. It’s so healthy, delicious and super easy to make! And, since it’s low-carb, high-protein, and packed with healthy fats, it really is the perfect intermittent fasting snack.
I, of course, make this with my favorite, TWO GOOD Greek Yogurt, since it’s Low-Carb, Low-Sugar and High Protein. You can use whatever flavor of yogurt that you want but I like to use one small container of each of the following flavors: Vanilla, Black Cherry & Blueberry. It’s just SOOOOOOOOO good!
