SUPERFOOD SALAD
Ingredients Needed:
- Greens of your choice (Kale, Romaine, Baby Spinach, etc.)
- Avocado (Diced or Sliced)
- Broccoli (Chopped into Bite-Sized Pieces)
- Cauliflower Rice (I like to buy and use the frozen microwavable kind)
- Carrots (Shredded)
- Blueberries
- Coconut Oil
- Protein of Choice (Grilled Chicken, Ground Turkey, etc.)
Directions:
Simply add greens of your choice to a bowl. Then, add in avocado, broccoli, cooked cauliflower rice, carrots, blueberries, and protein of your choice. Mix Well.
