Strawberry Rhubarb Protein Smoothie
Instructions
For this smoothie, you only need a few simple and yummy ingredients:
- 12 oz. Almond or Coconut Milk
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder ( I love the Quest Vanilla Milkshake)
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (Organic,– Kirkland is a really good brand)
- 1/4 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Rhubarb
Directions
Simply put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. ENJOY!
