For this super easy recipe you will need the following simple ingredients:
- Grilled Chicken (already cooked) or Rotisserie Chicken
- Grilled Veggies like Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms (Sliced)
- Cooked Bacon (Crumbled)
- Shredded Cheese (Your Flavor Choice)
- Dressing of Choice ( I like Honey Mustard and Ranch the Best)
Simple Recipe Instructions
FIRST, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grill the chicken and veggies and cook or microwave the bacon until fully cooked.
NEXT, spread chicken pieces on a large baking pan. Smother chicken with cooked veggies and bacon and cheese.
FINALLY, put baking pan in 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese and heat through. Drizzle with dressing of your choice. ENJOY!
