Tzatziki Dill Rotisserie Chicken Salad
This recipe is oh so easy and delicious. You only need a few simple ingredients to make it including:
Ingredients
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken (Shredded)
- 1 Cup Tzatziki Sauce (ALDI has a bunch of great Tzatziki Sauce Flavors)
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber (Diced)
- 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (Diced)
- 1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Oregano (A Couple Shakes)
- Dried Dillweed (A Sprinkle or Two)
- Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Lemon
Directions
FIRST, shred rotisserie chicken into small pieces and add to a large bowl. Add in Tzatziki Sauce, Cucumber, Tomatoes, and both Cheeses. Mix together well.
NEXT, add in some Oregano, Dried Dillweed, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper. Mix together well.
THEN, add some (about a Tablespoon) freshly squeezed lemon juice, stir together and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to let the flavors set in.
FINALLY, remove from fridge and eat by itself atop lettuce or add to a low-carb tortilla, roll up and ENJOY!
