Roasted Red Pepper Ricotta Chicken
Ingredients Needed
For this quick and easy recipe, you will need:
- 1 oz Roasted Red Peppers
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 4 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Instructions
First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Put Ricotta Cheese and Roasted Red Peppers in a small bowl and mix together.
Next, season chicken with Oregano, Garlic Salt, and a little Pepper. Place chicken on a lightly oiled foil-lined baking sheet.
Finally, spread ricotta mixture over the top of each chicken breast. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake in the oven 14-16 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
