SIMPLE INGREDIENTS NEEDED
For this easy and healthy high protein ice cream recipe you will need the following main ingredients:
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Low-Carb Keto Sweetener (I like SWERVE – sometimes I use monk fruit)
- 1 Tablespoon Protein Powder of Your Choice (Quest is my Fav and it packs several grams of protein per serving)
- 1 teaspoon Almond or Vanilla Extract
- *Optional: Powdered Peanut Butter (A Great Low-Calorie way to add more protein and flavor)
- *Optional: Handful of Keto Chocolate Chips or Lily’s Baking Chips (Any kind Works – I love Salted Caramel)
- *Optional: A Pinch of Salt
- 16 oz Mason Jar with Lid
EASY RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
PREP TIME: Total time is about 6 Minutes to mix the ingredients and then you’ll need a little freezing time (3-5 hours.)
FIRST, in a 16 oz mason jar, add 1 Cup Heavy Cream, 1 Tablespoon Low-Carb Sweetener, and 1 Tablespoon Protein Powder.
NEXT, add in a pinch of Salt, Powdered Peanut Butter (optional), one teaspoon Vanilla or Almond Extract and a handful of Lily’s Baking Chips.
