Lemon Pepper Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
PORK INGREDIENTS:
- 2 (5 oz) Pork Tenderloin Pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
Directions
FIRST, preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare vinaigrette. For vinaigrette, whisk together Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard, Pepper, Minced Garlic, Olive Oil and Sea Salt. Set vinaigrette aside.
NEXT, season the pork with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Drizzle each piece of pork with a bit of olive oil and rub to coat. Then heat 1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
THEN, add pork to hot skillet. Sear pork on all sides for 4-6 minutes. Drizzle half of the prepared lemon mustard vinaigrette over pork.
FINALLY, transfer pan to oven and roast 12-15 minutes until pork is fully cooked. Pull pork out of oven and let rest for 3-5 minutes. Drizzle with the remaining vinaigrette and ENJOY!
