Ingredients
You only need a few simple ingredients to make this awesome intermittent fasting recipe:
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 3 teaspoons Coconut Oil (Melted)
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
Recipe Directions
FIRST, in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat with a mixer for about 3 minutes. Then let the batter stand for about 15 minutes.
NEXT, heat a skillet with the coconut oil over medium heat.
THEN, ladle the batter into the skillet/pan and swirl around to form a crepe. Cook 1-2 minutes, flip and cook about 2 minutes on the other side.
FINALLY, repeat with the rest of the batter and thoroughly ENJOY!
