Intermittent Fasting Tips from Jean and Steve
After switching to the clean fast it made a very big difference. We are both OMAD (One Meal A Day) and we average about 22 hours of fasting with about a 2-3 hour eating window. We try to to eat healthy – grilled vegetables, chicken and fish are our new diet staples. We have tried a lot of your recipes, Jen. The chicken low-carb noodle-less soup was great. I also eat a coconut bomb daily. We still have occasional drinks and we also still eat chips and desserts too, from time to time.
