For this recipe, you only need a few simple and healthy ingredients including:
- 4 Roma Tomatoes
- 4 Beefsteak Tomatoes
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves
- Italian Seasoning
- Olive Oil
Directions
FIRST, preheat oven to 400 degrees and then halve all tomatoes.
THEN, place tomatoes (cut side up) on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
NEXT, drizzle tomatoes with olive oil and Italian seasoning. Place garlic cloves in between tomatoes.
FINALLY, roast tomatoes in oven for 60 minutes. Put roasted tomatoes and garlic into a food processor, blend until smooth and ENJOY!
