- 1 Green Pepper
- Deli Meat of Your Choice (Ground Beef/Sausage is super yummy too)
- 1 Slice Cheese (Your Choice)
- Spicy Brown or Dijon Mustard
Super Simple Recipe Directions
Cut the green pepper in half and clean out the guts. Spread mustard on the inside of the pepper. Add 1-2 slices of deli meat. Then add one slice of cheese. Microwave pepper for 35-45 seconds. ENJOY!
