Roasted Feta Pesto Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
You will need only a few simple ingredients to whip up this delicious side dish recipe:
- Brussels Sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
- Almond Sliced (About a handful)
- Pesto Sauce of your choice
Instructions
FIRST, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
NEXT, trim ends of Brussels Sprouts – then quarter. Throw Brussels Sprouts into a bowl and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Mix together well.
THEN, roast on a lightly oiled foil-covered baking sheet for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
FINALLY, remove from oven and add Brussels Sprouts back into the mixing bowl. Add in a large handful of Feta Cheese, a handful of sliced almonds and a few spoonfuls of pesto sauce of your choice. Mix and thoroughly ENJOY!
