Dijon Pecan Crusted Chicken Recipe – Easy Intermittent Fasting Weight Loss Dinner Recipe! A new Family Favorite for sure!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
- 4-6 Chicken Breasts
- Salt & Pepper
- Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Up Pecans
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
FIRST, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread chicken breasts out on lightly oiled foil-lined baking dish.
NEXT, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Spread dijon mustard on tops of each chicken breast.
THEN, crush up pecans and sprinkle over top of chicken breasts.
FINALLY, bake for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
