Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients Needed
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken (Shredded) or 8 oz of Chicken
- 1 Roma Tomato (Diced)
- Avocado (Sliced)
- Cooked Bacon – 2 Slices
- Ranch Dressing (Try my homemade ranch – it’s so yummy)
- Romaine Leaves – the bigger the better
Simple Recipe Instructions
FIRST, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook chicken in a glass baking dish for about 35 minutes in the oven. OR, I actually prefer to skip this step and just buy and use a rotisserie chicken that’s been shredded.
THEN, rinse the romaine lettuce leaves and prepare the tomato by dicing into small pieces and the avocado into slices. Cook the bacon or make things even easier and buy the microwavable bacon that is done in seconds.
FINALLY, add all ingredients (chicken, tomato, avocado and bacon) to the lettuce wraps, drizzle with ranch dressing and ENJOY!
