Chicken Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients Needed
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken (Shredded)
- 1 Bag (12 oz) Frozen Green Beans (Microwavable)
- 2/3 Tablespoons of Real Butter (or better, yet, use Ghee)
- 1/2 teaspoon each (Garlic Powder and Onion Powder)
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/8 Sun Dried Tomatoes (Cut Up)
Instructions
FIRST, preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly oil a glass casserole dish.
NEXT, microwave the beans and drain the excess water. In dutch oven, melt butter or ghee over medium heat. Add sour cream, cream cheese and spices. Stir until smooth.
THEN, add in shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, green beans and half of the almonds. Stir until well mixed. Spread the mixture into the casserole dish and top with the remaining almonds. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan Cheese.
FINALLY, bake the casserole for 30 minutes. With just 5 minutes remaining sprinkle with Sharp Cheddar cheese and bake for a few more minutes. ENJOY!
