This Chicken Alfredo Broccoli Bake Recipe is the perfect low-carb intermittent fasting easy weight loss dinner meal.
Ingredients
- 4-5 Chicken Breasts
- Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning
- Jar of RAO’s Alfredo Sauce (Or see my recipe for homemade Alfredo sauce below)
- Broccoli – about 2 Cups (Cut up into bite-sized pieces)
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese ( I use the Parmesan and Romano Mix)
- Block Cheese of Choice ( I like to use Roasted Garlic with Tomato Basil or Mozzarella)
Directions
FIRST, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line the bottom of a lightly oiled baking dish with the chicken breasts. Sprinkle chicken breasts with a little salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
NEXT, spread Alfredo sauce all over chicken breasts. Sprinkle broccoli pieces on top of sauce.
THEN, cover broccoli with Parmesan Cheese. Cut the block cheese into square chunks and place on the top of the casserole.
FINALLY, bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
