Ingredients
For this easy recipe you will need:
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic
- Italian Seasoning
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Crumbled Tomato Basil Feta Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
FIRST, cut spaghetti squash in half. Then use two forks to shred.
NEXT, 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil and 1 teaspoon minced garlic in skillet over medium heat.
THEN, add squash and cook for about 3 minutes. Add 1-2 Tablespoons of Italian Seasoning, Salt and Pepper.
FINALLY, stir together and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and top with Mozzarella and Feta Cheeses.
