BLT + SA Chaffle Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
For this recipe you will need just a few simple ingredients including:
- 4 Eggs
- 2/3 Cups Shredded Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Ranch Seasoning
- Cooked Bacon
- Lettuce
- 1 Tomato (Sliced)
- Avocado (Sliced)
- Swiss Cheese
- Condiments of Choice
- MINI WAFFLE MAKER
DIRECTIONS
FIRST, beat together 4 eggs in a bowl. Then mix in ⅔ cup shredded cheese of choice . Add 1 TBS dried Ranch Seasoning mix. Whisk together.
NEXT, heat mini waffle maker, spray with cooking spray and add about ⅛ cup of the batter.
THEN, close and cook between 3-5 minutes. This makes about 6-8 mini low carb chaffles.
FINALLY, add condiments of choice like dijon mustard to bottom chaffle, add a couple slices of cooked bacon, some lettuce, a slice of tomato, avocado and a slice of swiss cheese. Top with another chaffle and ENJOY!!!
