For this awesome apple cider vinegar weight loss recipe you will need the following ingredients #affiliate links
- BRAGG ORGANIC UNFILTERED APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- ITALIAN VOLCANO USDA ORGANIC LEMON JUICE
- ORGANIC SPICES including: GROUND GINGER, GROUND CINNAMON, GROUND TURMERIC and CAYENNE PEPPER.
- Any Citrus Flavored Sparkling Mineral – My two favorites are LIME GINGER “NIXIE” SPARKLING WATER and the LaCroix Orange, Lemon, Lime Variety Pack.
DRINK RECIPE DIRECTIONS
*Before making this drink, you should dump the entire bottle of each of the 4 magical weight loss spices into a medium-sized airtight storage container. Using a spoon, thoroughly mix the four spices together.
FILL a large glass with ice. Next, ADD 1-2 Tablespoons of BRAGG APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (I highly recommend just 1 tablespoon of BRAGG ACV to begin with). Then, ADD 1 tablespoon of the ITALIAN VOLCANO ORGANIC LEMON JUICE. Feel free to use squeezed fresh lemon juice if you want. Next, ADD 1 teaspoon of the MIXED SPICES from your container. STIR together well. Finally, add one 12 oz. can of CITRUS FLAVORED SPARKLING MINERAL WATER of your choice. STIR once more and ENJOY 20-30 minutes before eating your first bite of food for the day.

Does the Type of Apple Cider Vinegar Matter?
Yes, I do believe that the type of vinegar used does make a huge difference. I always use BRAGG APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (with the Mother) because it yields higher concentrations of acetic acid. Bragg ACV also contains higher concentrations of healthy bacteria that may help support your gut microbiome. There are definitely cheaper versions of ACV in the marketplace, however, I firmly believe that they will not be nearly as effective.

However, if you prefer room temperature drinks, feel free to skip the ice and use warm water or room temperature sparkling water instead.

The best time of day to consume apple cider vinegar can vary depending on personal preference and lifestyle. I, however, believe that it is best to consume this particular ACV weight loss drink 20-30 minutes before taking your first bite of food for the day.
