What is Intermittent Fasting?
Intermittent Fasting is an eating pattern that focuses on WHEN you eat, not WHAT you eat. An intermittent fasting plan alternates between an eating period and a fasting period.

So, this is me – the author of this blog post. I began my intermittent fasting weight loss journey in January of 2021 and went on to lose 46 pounds in 4 months. I quickly fell in love with intermittent fasting and knew it would be my forever lifestyle.
