This protein powder recipe is very refreshing and is perfect for just about anytime during the day. These protein shakes can be whipped up in minutes and can be made with regular or decaf coffee cubes.

I probably should have listed this protein powder recipe as my number 1 on this list. I started making this dessert when I started out on my weight loss journey in January of 2021. This healthy and delicious dessert absolutely helped me lose 46 pounds in 4 months.
I have been eating this dessert for almost three years now. As you can see from the photo above, I often top my protein yogurt dessert with fresh berries, LILYS BAKING CHIPS or a few regular chocolate chips and some delicious LOW SUGAR KETO GRANOLA (Blueberry Cinnamon).
The chocolate chips give this dessert just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy just about anybody’s sweet tooth. Additionally, flax seeds and chia seeds make great additions to this dessert, as well.
